Let's talk directly and simply about
"value". Your home is worth what someone is willing to
pay for it. It's that simple. It is also that
complicated.
We look at
your home and your direct neighborhood for sold homes, homes for sale,
homes that didn't sell and then compare them to your home. In
other words...
... at what price
similar homes
have sold for
in your neighborhood.
 When you look at your neighborhood,
look at it with a critical eye. Next, look at your home with
that same critical eye. That's what someone will do who is walking across
your threshold for the first time. They almost certainly have
different needs, a different decorating style and absolutely do not have the benefit
of your memories of holidays and parties and other great times.
